Tracy Irwin is a Food Network Champion cake artist who previously owned the bakery *Sugar by Tracy* located in Central Alberta. She closed her bakery during COVID and relocated to the Fraser Valley in British Columbia. After taking a few years off, she is now back and more passionate than ever!
