Fall Sugar Cookie Decorating Class

In this 3 hour class, Tracy Irwin will teach you step-by-step how to decorate 6 sugar cookies with different techniques using royal icing. She is a Food Network Champion cake artist, so you will be learning from the best! Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of creativity to their baking.
Tracy will teach you all about royal icing and how to work with it using different consistencies and techniques. You will learn how to outline, flood and decorate using different piping techniques. You will learn wet-on-wet marbling and plaid techniques, as well as how to use a projector to perfect your lettering!
September 20 from 12:30-3:30pm at The Penny Coffee Shop in Mission. Tickets are $150/person.
