She is a Food Network Champion cake artist, so you will be learning from the best! Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of creativity to their baking.

Tracy will teach you all about royal icing and how to work with it using different consistencies and techniques. You will learn how to create different textures and patterns like woodgrain and knitting. You will also learn how to use wafer paper to make 3D edible greenery. You will learn how to use an airbrush and a projector to enhance your cookies!
